E-TEC UK Opens Office in Colchester
In 2016 E-TEC Power Management Ltd opened a new Engineering & Technical Support office in Colchester, Essex on Ipswich Road. By early 2019 we had outgrown these premises and moved to a more suitable facility in nearby Eastgates.
As part of our continued growth and commitment to customer support, the Engineering & Technical Support provides contracted customers with a 24/7 technical SCADA/EMS/PMS/DCIM help desk. We have a dedicated precision cooled server room, with UPS support and 24/7 CCTV security system, and is equipped with mission critical equipment that replicates customers exact onsite configurations to assist with testing and fault finding in an isolated and controlled environment. We also have a workshop setup for Automation service and spare part storage. Secure and encrypted remote support/dial in options are available to assist in the diagnosis of onsite issues without the need for engineers to travel to site.
